03 WRITING A STRONG OFFER

When you find the right home, I’ll guide you through crafting a competitive offer that protects your best interests. I take the contract details seriously and make sure you understand what you’re agreeing to before you sign anything.

02 TOURING AND SEARCHING AT YOUR PACE

Many buyers do their own searching, and that’s great. Text or email me listings you’re interested in, and I’m happy to preview homes for you if you’re tied up during the workday. When we tour together, I’ll point out things worth paying attention to, both the good and the potential concerns, so you can make informed decisions.

04 FROM ACCEPTED OFFER TO CLOSING

Once you’re under contract, I’ll help coordinate inspections, contingencies, and next steps to keep the process moving smoothly until closing day.
