I believe good real estate work starts with listening
I’ve spent nearly two decades helping people navigate the real estate process across Seattle, and I’ve learned that the most important part of the work is helping clients feel informed and supported as they make decisions that affect their lives.
I’ve spent most of my life paying attention to what makes a place feel right.
I grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and moved twice during my teenage years, first to Richardson, TX, then later to St. Louis, MO. It wasn’t always easy, but it gave me an early understanding that home isn’t just a place. It’s the people, the routines, and the sense of belonging you carry with you.
Even as a kid, I spent a lot of time journaling and doodling houses. Looking back, my parents instilled a deeper meaning of home in me from a young age. We talked about the meaning of home as a family more than I realized at the time.
After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance performance, I followed a creative path that eventually brought me to Seattle over 20 years ago, and I knew this would be home.
Over the years, I’ve sold hundreds of homes and guided clients through everything from first moves to downsizing, relocations, and complex buy-sell timelines.
I’m known for being prepared, honest, and calm under pressure, and I stay closely involved throughout the entire process. My clients trust me to be straightforward (even when the answer isn’t what they hoped to hear) because my priority is helping them make decisions they feel good about long after closing.
Experience that goes beyond the contract
In addition to my real estate work, I’m a licensed and insured general contractor.
This gives me a practical understanding of homes and allows me to help sellers prepare their homes strategically for the market.
My approach to prep is simple: do the least amount of work for the highest return.
That often means cosmetic updates, lighting, paint, flooring, or landscaping, and avoiding costly renovations that won’t reflect in the listing price.
This work is handled through a separate business from my real estate representation with transparency and clear communication throughout.
Life outside of work
I live in Magnolia with my husband, two kids, two dogs, and two cats. When I’m not working, you’ll find me gardening, cheering from the sidelines at kids’ sports, reading, or spending time on the water around Lake Union.
I’m a longtime Seattle resident who works primarily in North Seattle neighborhoods and values the communities that make them feel like home.
