In real estate, context matters. With data analytics available to nearly every buyer and seller down the neighborhood level, my clients are rarely short on facts. While I’m happy to provide them with more, I find my clients are smarter, more informed, and more empowered than they’ve ever been. My job is to provide the context beyond the data. While some clients may prefer to optimize for location, speed, and economics, others might prefer discretion, connection, and ease of transition.

After having helped over 300 buyers and sellers in the Seattle area, I give clients practical guidance to navigate the dynamics of their real estate transaction in a way that takes their own context into consideration. I combine my vast knowledge of the Seattle market with detailed, customized service for each client.

Hi, I’m Tara.

I’m passionate about people, making connections, and real estate. I moved around some growing up— from San Antonio to Dallas to St. Louis, and then Seattle as a young adult. Moving forces you to re-exam what home means, which is a hearty subject to dissect!

I arrived in Seattle 20 years ago and have loved raising my kids here in the beautiful PNW. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy gardening, hanging out on the lake with our pups, and I’m always looking forward to that next Sounders game.
